A project defines a value stream or a team of your organization, it is essentially a combination of Git repository(ies) and the corresponding Jira project(s)/board(s).

If developers that have left the organization are marked as inactive on all the integrated tools, then such developers will not be charged. However if such a developer's account was not made inactive on all the integrated tools after the developer left, then you will be charged for such developers.

No, we do not charge for developers whose data was not processed by AnalyticsVerse. For example, if there are 100 developers in your organization and you integrated a few Git repositories and Jira boards where only 25 developers are actively contributing in the current month. You can be rest assured that you will only be charged for 25 developers and not 100 developers in that month.

All individuals whose data is not processed by AnalyticsVerse and do not have any activity on your repository integration are not charged for viewing the dashboard and reports. You can add any number of individuals that want to access the reports for free.

We do not currently process refunds. Any cancellations made will not take effect until the current billing cycle has ended and you will not be charged for the subsequent months.
